Our Zoom workout classes are streamed live for you to follow and join in. They are also all recorded and available for you to follow on your own time.

We are an online fitness company based in New Zealand. We provide a safe, welcoming space for anyone to train in the comfort of their own home (or anywhere they are!) with personal training, online workout classes, mindset coaching and nutrition plans.
While we are Māori led, we welcome anyone who is keen to regain their health and fitness!
Our motto is “just put your shoes” on, because that’s how easy it is.
No, you don’t need fancy equipment (just a drink bottle!).
Our classes are based on body weight training, so you can train at home, at the marae, on holiday – anywhere and anytime.
You may also like to purchase a yoga mat and resistance band.
We offer a selection of programs, from our popular 10-week Fatass 2 Badass intro/starter to fitness program, to our Bodsquad Flexible Fitness aimed at building and maintaining through lifestyle fitness.

If you have not trained with us before, then we suggest you start with our 10-week Fatass 2 Badass Program. This program is designed to build confidence, learn the correct techniques, understand our jargon and ease you into moving again.
Once you have completed this program, you can choose to go onto our Flexible Weekly classes to help you build and maintain your fitness.
If you have a specific fitness goal, such as building muscle or losing weight, please talk to us about a personal fitness training program tailored to match your personal goals.
